木托盤擺放方式:

1、正反交錯(cuò)式:同一層種,不相同列的以90度垂直堆積,木托盤相鄰兩層的堆積辦法是另一層旋轉(zhuǎn)180度的辦法。這種辦法類似于建筑上的砌磚辦法,不相同層間咬合強(qiáng)度較高,相鄰層之間不重縫,因而堆積后穩(wěn)定性較高,但操作較為費(fèi)事,且包裝體之間不是垂直面互相承受載荷 。

2、旋轉(zhuǎn)交錯(cuò)式:第一層相鄰的兩個(gè)包裝體互為90度,兩層間堆積又相差180度,這樣相鄰兩層之間互相咬合穿插,貨體的穩(wěn)定性較高,不易塌垛。其缺點(diǎn)是,堆積的難度較大,且基地構(gòu)成空穴,降低木托盤的運(yùn)用功率。

3、縱橫交錯(cuò)式:相鄰擺放旋轉(zhuǎn)90度,一層橫向放置,另一層縱向放置。每層間有必定的咬合作用,但咬合強(qiáng)度不高。

4、重疊式:即各層堆積辦法相同,上下對(duì)應(yīng)。這種辦法的利是,工人操作速度快,包裝貨品的四個(gè)角和邊堆疊垂直,承載才干大。缺點(diǎn)是各層之間缺少咬合作用,容易發(fā)生塌垛。在貨品低面積較大的情況下,選用這種辦法具有滿意的穩(wěn)定性,如果再配上相應(yīng)的緊固辦法,則不但能保持穩(wěn)定,還可以保存裝卸操作省力的利益。
4, overlapping type: that is, the same method of stacking on each floor. The advantage of this method is that the workers operate fast, the four corners of the packaged goods are stacked vertically, and the carrying capacity is large. The drawback is that there is a lack of interlocking between layers, so it is easy to collapse. In the case of large goods in a low area, this method has a satisfactory stability. If the corresponding fastening method is matched, it can not only keep stable, but also save the benefits of loading and unloading operation.
